Eligibility

• Open exclusively to Nepali-speaking Bhutanese resettled in the USA and Nepalese individuals.
• Minimum age: 16 years on event day.
• Teen division: ages 16–18 only.
• Valid government-issued ID required at check-in.

100% Drug-Free Policy

BUFT is a strictly drug-free competition. Any use of performance- enhancing drugs (PEDs), banned substances, or hormone manipulation is prohibited.

• No anabolic steroids, SARMs, peptides, or growth hormones.
• No prescription drugs used for physique enhancement.
• No masking agents or methods to avoid detection.

Code of Conduct

• Respect judges, staff, volunteers, and fellow competitors.
• No harassment, intimidation, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
• Follow all instructions given by event officials.
• Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification.

Attire Guidelines

• Men: Physique shorts only (no logos, no compression).
• Women: Bikini suits must be tasteful and competition-appropriate.
• No offensive graphics, political symbols, or advertisements.
• No footwear allowed on stage.

Substance & Behavior Zero Tolerance

Alcohol, recreational drugs, or intoxicated behavior are strictly prohibited backstage and on stage.

Testing & Disqualification

• Random drug testing may be conducted.
• Refusal to test results in automatic disqualification.
• Positive test results lead to loss of placement, prizes, and future bans.
